Our services focus on working closely with Clients, particularly those struggling with addiction, to facilitate personal development and lasting change. Here are the details of the services provided:

a) Life coaching Support Package: Our primary offering is a 3-month coaching package that includes 12 one-hour sessions. These sessions are conducted once a week over a period of 12 weeks.
b) Session Structure: Each coaching session lasts approximately one hour. During these sessions, we work closely with Clients to identify their goals, develop new skills, and create actionable plans for achieving lasting change.
c) Individualised Approach: We tailor our coaching sessions to meet the unique needs of each Client. This personalised approach ensures that Clients receive the support and guidance they need to address their specific challenges and objectives.
d) Focus on Addiction: Our expertise includes working with individuals who struggle with addiction. We provide specialised support to help these Clients overcome their challenges, build resilience, and develop healthy habits that contribute to their overall well-being.
e) Skill Development: Throughout the coaching programme, we focus on helping Clients develop new skills that are essential for personal and professional growth. These skills may include time management, stress reduction, effective communication, and goal-setting.
f) Goal Setting and Implementation: A key component of our coaching programme is assisting Clients in setting realistic and achievable goals. We work collaboratively with Clients to create detailed action plans and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
g) Progress Monitoring: We regularly monitor and assess Clients' progress throughout the coaching programme. This ongoing evaluation allows us to make necessary adjustments to the coaching plan and provide targeted support as needed.
h) Holistic Support: Our coaching approach considers all aspects of a Client's life, including their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We strive to provide holistic support that addresses the root causes of challenges and promotes overall health and happiness.
2. Payment Terms
At Off the Mark coaching, we strive to make the payment process clear and straightforward for our Clients. Our payment terms are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that the coaching programme can be effectively administered. Below are the detailed payment terms for our services:

a) Package Price: The 3-month life coaching support package is priced at £1200. This fee covers all 12 one-hour sessions provided over the 12-week period.
b) Payment Methods: Payments can be made via our online website payment system using either PayPal or a credit/debit card. Our payment system is secure, and we do not store any financial information on our servers.
c) Upfront Payment: Clients are required to make the full payment of £1200 upfront before the commencement of the coaching programme. This ensures that the Client's commitment to the programme is secured and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to deliver high-quality coaching services.
d) Split Payment Option: We offer a flexible payment option that allows Clients to split the payment into two instalments. This option is available under the following conditions.
i) 50% Upfront: The first instalment of £600 is due upfront, prior to the start of the coaching programme.
ii) 50% Midway: The second instalment of £600 is due halfway through the programme, i.e., after the completion of the sixth session.
iii) Agreement Requirement: The split payment option must be agreed upon by both the Coach and the Client before the programme begins.
e) Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in our cancellation policy herein. This policy ensures that both parties are committed to the coaching programme and that resources are effectively managed.
f) Late Payments: In the case of split payments, the second instalment must be paid on time. If the payment is not received by the agreed-upon date, a late fee of 4% above the current Bank of England base rate will be applied to the outstanding balance per week. We will send a written reminder via email before any late fees are incurred and we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services until all outstanding fees and late charges are settled in full. Clients will be notified in writing of any service suspension. Services will resume upon receipt of full payment.
f) Changes to Payment Terms: We reserve the right to amend our payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients in advance, and the updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised payment terms.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules need to change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to provide flexibility for our Clients while ensuring that our coaching services can be effectively managed. Below are the detailed terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

a) Cancellation Policy
i) Two-Week Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel their coaching package within two weeks from the date of purchase. If a cancellation request is made within this period, a refund will be provided for the unused sessions. The fee for any sessions already received will be deducted from the refund.
ii) Cancellation After Two Weeks: Cancellations made after the initial two-week period will not be eligible for a refund. However, exceptions may be made under extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.
iii) Procedure for Cancellation: To cancel the coaching package, Clients must send a written request to us via email or through the contact form on our website.

b) Rescheduling Policy
i) Advance Notice Requirement: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. This notice period allows the coach to adjust their schedule and offer the session slot to another Client if necessary.
ii) Rescheduling Within the Same Week: If a Client requests to reschedule a session, it is preferred that the new session time is scheduled within the same week to ensure the continuity of the coaching programme. This helps maintain the integrity of the 3-month duration.
iii) No-Show Policy: If a Client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior communication, the session will be marked as complete, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
iv) Valid Reasoning for Last-Minute Rescheduling: If a Client needs to reschedule a session within the 24-hour notice period, they must provide a valid reason for the last-minute change. Acceptable reasons may include emergencies, health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will evaluate the reason and decide whether to accommodate the rescheduling request.

c) Coach-Initiated Cancellations
Rescheduling by Coach: If we need to cancel a session, a rescheduled appointment will be offered at the earliest convenience of both parties. We will make every effort to ensure that the new session time fits within the Client's schedule.
Coach Unavailability: In rare cases where the coach is unavailable for an extended period, Clients will be notified in advance, and appropriate arrangements will be made to ensure that coaching sessions continue without significant disruption.
4. Termination
Our termination policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both the client and the coach. Below are the detailed terms regarding termination:

e) If these Terms are terminated due to a material breach by either party (as outlined in Section), the breaching party will not be entitled to any refund. The non-breaching party may pursue any other legal remedies available to them under law.

The Client acknowledges their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of information about the Coach, their coaching methods, and the contents of this Terms. The Client agrees not to record coaching sessions without the Coach's prior written consent.
